I called North Texas Mini Storage, and initially I got no answer, but within a few minutes. Lori called me back. She met me, a few hours later, to get me all set up with two units, almost right next door to each other! She was beyond helpful, and I was so grateful for her kindness and dedication to her customers, that she even showed up on Easter Sunday!

I rented a space here for over 2 years, and I cannot praise management enough. The unit is reasonably priced for th space you’re getting. My unit was never tampered with, and I’ve never felt unsafe there or leaving my items there. Management was always communicative with new information about access to the units. The only reason I left was due to a job change in a new state.

We needed a storage unit at short notice on a Sunday evening, and Lori took the time to come and help us. The entire process was easy and I have been satisfied with the experience. Lori went above and beyond, and we could not have asked for better service!

We needed short term storage for a couple of months and were very satisfied with North TX Mini Storage pricing and treatment. Very cooperative and helpful and gave us a recommendation of local mover that was also a great experience. Would use this storage again and recommend to anyone.

Great pricing, great unit sizes, and amazing service from Lori. I used a single unit for about a year here and never had any issues. If I ever need storage again, I'm coming back here.

I've been renting a unit for almost 3 years and not only is it reasonably priced, you can always count on Lori for her excellent communication skills. She kept my belongings safe from harm and was always so kind. She's the reason I stayed! Thank you for everything.
